Brief description of the content of the project: The aim of the application is to develop the start-up or existing non-agricultural activities of farmers who are micro-enterprises in rural areas. The property, which houses the development of the project, has an 8-room so-called other accommodation built by renovating the existing building, which had not been previously used. Of the planned 8 rooms, three are located on the ground floor and five on the upstairs level. All rooms are equipped with a washbasin, a shower or a bathtub and a toilet.  Each room has a balcony or terrace. In addition to the accommodation, the ground floor has a reception area suitable for 15-20 people. breakfast room and the rooms that serve those.  According to the company’s plans, accommodation will be established not on a seasonal basis, but all year round. During the selection of the individual technologies and the design of the image, we avoided unnecessary, excessive solutions, and we tried to create a simpler-looking, clean, yet attractive and comfortable accommodation.
