Getting here

The winery is situated on the hillside of Badacsony, among the grapevines, and is approachable on a cobbled road. Nav systems often trick our guests and take them to Bogyay Lajos út 3. If it happened so, keep going for about 300 metres. The entrance of the estate is on the left hand side of the road.

Arrival – Departure

• On the date of your arrival, please inform us in advance on 0036 30 132 9212, which is available between 10-18 hours.
• On the day of your arrival you will be able to check into your room from 3 pm. Depending on availability, it is also possible to book your room earlier, subject to a surcharge.
• We would like to inform you that our accommodation offers online check-in! We kindly ask that ALL guests scan their ID documents before arrival via the link automatically sent by our system. After online check-in, you will get the code necessary for access on the day of arrival. ATTENTION: The code will only be available through the application or – when using the customer portal – sent by e-mail after completing the online registration!
• Acceptable payment methods: cash, debit/credit card (VISA/MasterCard), SZÉP Card.
• Please check out of the room by 10:30 on the departure day. Depending on availability, it is possible to check out at a later time with prior reservation and at an extra cost. If you prefer to have a departure time before 8 am, please arrange your payment the day before your trip.
• Guests have free access to our unguarded and uncovered car parking. We can guarantee space for one car per room on the premises.

Dining

• Our breakfast room welcomes guests between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Like all our rooms, the breakfast room is accessible from outside via an external corridor.
  Breakfast is served partly as a buffet and partly à la carte. Buffet-style, because we aim to pamper our guests with a generous and varied selection of premium products sourced from local small-scale producers. Served at the table, so that we can tailor the breakfast experience to everyone’s personal taste and needs.
• Breakfast outdoors: if you would prefer to have breakfast in a more intimate setting outside the breakfast room, or perhaps at a different time, please ask for our picnic breakfast. Orders and pick-up times can be arranged no later than 6:00 PM on the previous evening. A 12.5% service charge applies to picnic breakfast.
  In case of food intolerance, we can provide for special dietary requirements based on prior consultation.

Room

• Underfloor heating and cooling/heating air conditioning ensure a comfortable temperature in our rooms. The underfloor heating is centrally controlled, while the cooling/heating air conditioning can be adjusted individually using the thermostats located in the room.
• Our winery is located on the hillside of Badacsony, full of ditches, slopes and stairs, therefore unfortunately we cannot provide barrier-free access to the rooms.
  Pets are not allowed in our rooms.
• A closed-circuit camera system operates in the building and its outdoor surroundings, recording footage 24 hours a day.
• Only guests registered upon arrival may stay in the room you have booked. If you would like to receive visitors, please inform us in advance. Accommodation of any additional guests beyond the number indicated in the booking is subject to payment and registration. Please note that you are responsible for the conduct of your visitors, including any damage they may cause to you and/or third parties.

Children

• Our winery is located on the hillside of Badacsony, surrounded by natural ditches and slopes, as well as man-made retaining walls. Therefore, we kindly ask guests arriving with children to take special care of them.
• Throughout the estate, children under the age of 14 may only stay under the continuous supervision of a parent or another legally competent person appointed by the parent. The child’s accompanying adults are responsible for the child’s safety and for any damage caused by the child.
• Badacsony is also about enjoying wine, but alcohol consumption may pose a danger, especially to younger guests. On the estate and at our events, persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol. We kindly ask the parents and guardians of our underage guests to ensure compliance with this rule.
• Extra beds cannot be added to our rooms, however, our panorama suites, connecting upstairs double room, and winery apartment are suitable for accommodating children in the same living space.
• Baby cots are available subject to availability for an additional charge of HUF 2,900 per night. If you need a baby cot, please let us know at the time of booking.
