Located on the outskirts of Balatonederics, the Africa Museum offers a unique glimpse into the exotic world of Africa.
Founded in 1984 by Endre Nagy, a hunter and zoologist who spent decades in Africa, the museum showcases trophy collections, African ethnographic artifacts, and Nagy’s personal memorabilia.
Right next to the museum, visitors can explore a mini safari park, home to zebras, ostriches, and other exotic animals. For an even more immersive experience, guests can try camel rides and pony riding, as well as step inside traditional Maasai huts.
A perfect destination for families, the museum also features a playground and a gift shop, ensuring fun for all ages.

Located along Route 71, halfway between Balatonederics and Balatongyörök. Signposted, with a free parking area in front.
